Early Decision Agreement

Alright, there is an early decision signature on the supplement in which you agree to withdraw all other apps. etc...but do I still need to send one in via the mail? a common app early decision agreement form? or is the one on the supplement all that is necessary? Thanks for your help.

I don't think you need to send one in via snail-mail. I'm pretty sure the part where you type your name in as a signature counts.

I think you actually do need to sign the Common App ED agreement in addition to the agreement on the supplement. If you're confused, call the Admissions Office & ask.

what if im a bit late with it. im not gonna have a chance to send it until prob nov 2. will they care, even if i have everything else in?

did anyone call in and ask? I didn't see anywhere on the commonapp site where it said to send the agreement in by mail.

you just sign it on the common app! it's an electronic signature.

yeah, thats what I thought so too password.

btw, how did you react to the quake?

yeah....i think that the supplement acts as the agreement because for all the other colleges, an early decision agreement shows up, but none for cornell. so.... i guess they're smart and put it into one form.

anyone 100% sure on this issue?

Hey, this is my first post here.

I emailed the common app help people and they replied that all common app materials necessary for admission into any college should be listed when you click its name. It does not say that you need a common app early decision agreement, so that one electronic signature should suffice.

Hope that helps.

thanks kenk!

Welcome to CC =D

hahaha. welcome kenk!

I got under the table AFTER the quake was over -___- hahaha.

Thanks and no problem! Glad I was able to help someone.
