ED Agreement form

I sent this form to Cornell last week via priority mail. How do I check to confirm that Cornell has received it?

I’m bumping this thread.

I sent my ED agreement form in by mail as well; the common app is still asking me to sign it online and share it with my counselor. I don’t have school tomorrow and I won’t be able to have my counselor sign it online by midnight tomorrow. Why am I expected to sign both? Does that mean that the school has yet to receive my printed version of the ED agreement?

Cornell doesn’t want the ED agreement form. Check their website; it specifically says so:

“There are a number of supplemental forms that accompany the online Common Application, including an Early Decision Agreement, an Arts Supplement, an Athletic Supplement, and a Supplement for International Students. These forms are not required by Cornell University and we do not recommend that you submit these additional forms with your Cornell materials.”
