early decision/early action dilemma

I am a junior and I want you guys' suggestion regarding my early plan. Should I a) apply early actions to U Chicago, Georgetown, Boston College or b) apply early decision to UPenn (wharton) and early action to Chicago

I want to major in history, and hopefully also major in business or econ.
I am asking my teachers for recommendations in couple weeks and kinda need to make up my mind so that i can tell my teachers what colleges i am going to apply to early.

Here are my stats from an old thread

SAT: 2220 (800 reading, 700 math, 720 writing)
SAT IIs: 800 World History, 750 US History, 660 Literature (retake in June)
GPA: 3.76 unweighted, school doesn't rank
Asian, from California, suburban public school

-Marching Band
-Concert Ensembles (symphonic band- section leader), college wind symphony, young musicians' guild
-Swimming (club and school team)
-Junior Classical League (certamen team- academic team)
-Church preschool (TA)

Senior year courses: AP Cal BC, AP Gov't, AP Econ, Ap Chem, Ap English Lit, Ap Latin IV, Wind ensemble, marching band

Awards- scholar athlete, academic team award, NLE summa cum laude, national latin honors society, a bunch of latin awards (1st in history, 1st in Ancient Geography (state); 2nd in Ancient Geography (national), 12th Roman, Greek history (national) etc.

I want to major in history, and hopefully also major in business or econ.

Well, if Wharton is ACTUALLY your first choice and you would rather go there than to any of your other schools, no doubt about it, and if financial aid isn't an issue, then go with plan 2. Otherwise, plan 1.

If your primary major is history, you may want to reconsider Wharton.

for undergrad biz, there is Whaton and everyone else. But, of course UoC is phenomenal in history....hmmmmm
