Early decision, early action, single choice early action

I have just heard of single choice early action, which is if you apply early to a school, you cannot apply early to any other schools. I'm wondering if there are any schools which have something similar for early decision. I know that early decision is if you get accepted to the schools you have to withdraw all applications to other schools and attend that school. I just want to know if there are any early decision schools which force you to send an application to their school and wait for their decision before sending an application to any other school.

I’ve never heard of a school with such a restriction. In some cases RD applications must be sent before ED answers arrive (because of conflicting dates).

You can send in the RD apps and cancel them later if your ED acceptance requires it. You should not expect to get your application fees returned. The thriftier approach is to do all the RD applications and have them waiting by mid to late December, then mail them if necessary. This works for most ED deadlines, but not for schools which have ED II.

ED schools don’t need to restrict you from sending in other RD apps. Their agreement with you already stipulates what you must do if they accept you.
