Early Decision Through Common Application

<p>Hey guys, could use some help regarding early application to universities. Obviously, I'm using the Common App for applying to my list of a dozen or so American universities, and I've narrowed it down to two that I'd like to lock in for my ED choice. My question is, how do I do this through the Common App?</p>

<p>I'm not done the application yet, still have about 7 or 8 essays to get through plus some of the actual form to get done; I should have everything done by the end of September if everything goes smoothly at my school. Will the option for ED pop up once I actually finish everything and am ready to submit my applications? Or is there some option that I need to find now? </p>

<p>If I remember correctly, under each college’s questions section it will ask whether you are applying ED, EA, ED II, RD, etc (based on the options the college has). </p>

<p>the above is correct. The first question should be what decision plan usually.</p>

<p>You will only be able to apply to one ED through common application.</p>
