If I apply early decision, does this mean I can apply non-restrictive early action to other colleges? Or does this mean I must apply regular decision to all other schools I apply to?

You can apply nonrestrictive EA, as the decision is not binding. However, that being said, I would always check with the school that you are thinking about sending an ED app to. The worst mistake you can make is to take someone’s advice who is not directly involved in the college admissions process, especially when ED is a binding commitment (unless the finances don’t work). Ask our GC too- the high school does not want to be blacklisted for I plating the spirit of the ED commitment.
