Okay I just took the October SAT test and I did HORRIBLE! Before you ask I am not one of those smart people who complain about a 2100+ score, my score didn't even break 1500s or anything close to it...ANYWAY I am taking the January SAT but this time I am going to study for it so my question is...

IF I START STUDYING NOW WILL IT BE TO EARLY (AS IN WILL I MOST LIKELY FORGET THE THINGS I LEARNED?) IF SO WHEN SHOULD I START?

If it matters I am going for a 2000+ score and I am in the 10th grade

Don’t get stressed–you are in 10th grade. I took it last year as a 7th grader and got a 1650, totally stress-free and without studying (I could have done better and would have this year). Unless you are applying for something like Johns Hopkins University CTY program like I was, you don’t need to stress. To answer your question, to get a 2100+, start…wait for it…wait for it…NOW! Good luck to ya

How do you make a new post, sorry for the nooby question

Ya dont bother taking the Jan SAT…just wait until summer and do several practice tests from Blue Book to prepare for PSAT…and THEN take the real SAT 2 or 3 times before college deadlines. some colleges look down on taking the test too many times
