As always, the first things to consider are what you want in your college experience: location, size of campus, whether there are sororities/frats; types of academic and EC experiences that you want; single sex vs. co-ed; religious vs. nonreligious institution. Also very important are financial constraints as well as parental constraints such as whether your parents will let you go far away to college.

There are a couple of thousand accredited colleges in the country. You probably could get into most as most accept the majority of applicants. Consequently, you need to answer the above questions before we can give useful responses.

i want a medium sized college, after coming from such a small town, and a livley entertaining campus since my own town has never been exciting. not really big on the sororitires/frats. i hope to go to a college for journalism or public relations. not very religious, and the farthest i would most likely go would be to Illinois. but, academically, what chances do i have a certian colleges if i keep my grades up?? some sort of liberal arts college, i would LOVE to play tennis also...
