<p>Hi guys, I'm going to be a senior next year, and here are my stats:</p>
<p>SAT1 (superscore): CR 610 M790 W690 total 2090 (going to retake in Oct.)
SAT 2: math2:800 chem:770 chinese:790</p>
<p>weighted GPA: 4.34</p>
<p>courses I've been taking:</p>
<p>Sophomore: I got straight As but only one honors course</p>
<p>Junior: AP chem (A-)
AP calc BC (A)
AP micro (A+) still waiting for my AP scores to come out
Honors Chinese (A+)
Honors Lit (B)
Honors USH II (B)</p>
<p>Senior (what I'm going to take): AP macro
AP chinese
AP psych
AP probstat
H Lit
H organic and biochem
H Calc III and diff equ.</p>
<p>I heard the school doesn't care that much about ECs and essay, is that true?
And how much does the school care about SAT2? I did pretty well on those I think.
Oh one more question, I want to apply earlier (like before my Oct. SAT scores come out) so I can get back from the school earlier. But now what concerns me the most is my SAT scores, I know the mid 50% range is 2100-2290, and I'm at the lower end (hopefully I do well in the Oct. SAT). I know people who got over 2100 on the SATs and got admitted to the school within a week. So if I didn't hear back that quickly, what could it mean? And I can update my SAT scores after I get the new one right?
Also I'm in state. Can someone predict my chances of getting in? Thank you so much!</p>
