I think it depends on what school is offering it.
It really depends on what you want to do and what the curriculum is. I’m only seeing ASU that offers it. I personally recommend doing something a bit different but not far off the beaten path. What exactly would you like to do with NASA? Do you want to be the astronaut or do you want to be the person on the ground?
These links straight from NASA’s website (http://nasajobs.nasa.gov/jobs/occupations.htm) (http://nasajobs.nasa.gov/jobs/civil_service_jobs/career/page10.htm) (http://www.nasa.gov/audience/forstudents/postsecondary/features/F_Astronaut_Requirements.html) (http://www.nasa.gov/centers/langley/news/factsheets/FS-2001-09-68-LaRC.html) (http://astronauts.nasa.gov/content/broch00.htm) should help you get an idea of what you would like to do so you can figure out how to get there.
Either one would be ideal, but I would especially like to experiment with terraforming/Para terraforming systems and biospheres while working with NASA or Space X @TheDidactic
