<p>November 1st and no you cannot reapply, the decision is final.</p>
<p>you can’t reapply to the same school if you were rejected through early decision.<br>
if you’re deferred then your application is kept for the RD round and you do nothing except wait for another few months.</p>
<p>^If you are deferred you can submit supplemental info like new grades, new SATs if you take them, and any new academic merits or ec’s you have become a part of to beef up you app.</p>
