<p>hi i was just wondering how easy or difficult it is for a canadian uni student to transfer to a school in the states.. can the credits be transferred as easily, and generally, how does the process differ? for example if a mcgill student were to try and transfer to a school like nyu or usc, would this be feasible?</p>
<p>i have a friend that transfered from the states to canada (dont ask me why)-- he contacted the school he wanted to go to and asked them what he'd have to do. they mailed him all he had to do... only took him 2 full semester and 1 inter-session (winter school- 3 units) but he had to go to 3 different community colleges to do it....got in with a 2.4</p>
<p>i heard it's a lot harder for international students to transfer, and it's tough enough to transfer, so you are in a doubly rare group. good news is, Canadians are apparently the biggest international group that comprises most U.S campuses.</p>
