<p>If you want to take a test for an AP class your school doesn't offer, you just talk to the AP coordinator, and they should order the test and administer it for you. They may have you take it at another school that offers the test, but you'd still have to talk to your AP coordinator first. If your school doesn't offer APs at all, there are instructions here - AP:</a> Registering. And it doesn't really make sense to me to include self-studied APs on your transcript or GPA, since you didn't really take any tests or do other work besides learn the material, and most schools probably won't do this, but some might, I don't know. But you can always include it when applying to places.</p>
