I'm trying to decide between Anthroculture 101 and Public Health 200 for my Race and Ethnicity requirement. I have a difficult courseload and want to spend minimal time on this class but still enjoy the subject. Does anyone know which class is the most interesting, takes the least amount of time, and is the easiest? Any advice or suggestions are appreciated! Thanks :)

There are so many RE courses it is hard to believe that you will not end up taking at least one of them over four years. Anthro 101 is not a difficult class but why don’t you look to take something you are interested in? How about Dutch 160? Since you seem to want to take a class you have no interest in, you should consider whether you want to take a class that gives you SS distribution or HUM.

I know ANTHRCUL 101 (with Schryock) and AAPTIS 215/AMCULT 210 (with Naber or Stiffler) are both easy and engaging! Not sure about the rest.
