Would I have received an acceptance here in the east by today (Sat.) if they were sent priority? I am so nervous. On the low side of accepted students stats but so hoping they see how perfect I would be for Pomona.

No you would not recieve it on the East Coast yet. Take a deep breath. Only a little longer

Hang on....

Priority mail usually takes 2 - 4 days

It sometimes takes 2 - 3 days just within California (usually 2 days)

As far east as you can get (Boston) and got the acceptance today =)

o man so does that mean that acceptances have arrived and rejections havent

I really hope not considering here in seattle I got nothing....

I got nothing in norcal.. does that mean I am rejected?

congratulations tydachic- i'm still hoping.....i just thought pomona had such a great vibe, interesting yet unassuming types

nothing here in MO. Guess I can assume rejection on this front as well?

priority is supposed to take a max of 2 days not matter where it is sent domestically (the point) however, it can take up to five days.

uh oh... I'm outside of boston and I didnt get anything yesterday... :-/

gah. This is frustrating. I didn't get into any of the schools i wanted to go to...

you know how the mail is, fellow boston peeps. keep your heads up, stay positive, because im banking on an acceptance and i will not accept a rejection from pomona. If im rejected I'm going to send THEM a very angry rejection letter.

About five days elapsed last academic year between when West Coast ED folks got their letters and D got hers. It'll happen, and good luck!

hey, does anyone know where i can find posts from last year? are there archives for this kind of thing?

i got in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
