Eastern Seaboard AP SCORES 2013

I think a lot of APs is preparation BEFORE you start studying (doing well in class, paying attention, reading ALL of material, etc.) Once you start preparing for AP exams it should be review, not learning. (Sorry for the slight rant about an annoying guy in almost all my APs who always needs help studying).

Congratulations!

APUSH: 3
AP LITERATURE: 3

I expected a 2 on Literature #toohappy

LOL, its alright, I am in fact a cry baby. A proud cry baby.

@Repede - where am I from state wise or country wise? I am currently in Massachusetts, but I am originally from Morocco. Moroccans are pretty emotional. LOL.

APWH: 5

So excited! Congratulations to everyone!

I’m Pakistani and I’ve never seen a Pakistani man cry.

Serious culture difference right there.

Well Preamble is a girl from what I’ve read from her past posts, so that might be a reason why…

@CE527M - Yes, I am in fact a girl, lol.

I still stand by my post.

Well I got a 3 on my World History Exam. I was very shocked due to the fact that I only studied the first time period and half of the second.

Whoever it was that suggested Tunnelbear VPN for finding out scores ahead of time if you’re NOT on the eastern seaboard, THANK YOU!!! I live in California - so my early access window would normally be July 7, 5 a.m. eastern time (2 a.m. my time). So Tunnelbear VPN is an app available for Android and iOS and got 4.3/5.0 stars on Android so I assumed it was legit and not a scam. Basically, it connects you to the internet through a different IP address, and you turn it on and off until you get an IP address that corresponds to a location on the eastern seaboard (I looked up a site that gives locations for IP addresses). I got one, logged onto the site, and got my scores well ahead of time!!!

Well, here are my scores:
Calc BC: 5 (AB subscore: 5)
Physics B: 5
Physics C, Mechanics (self-studied): 5
U.S. History: 5
Chemistry: 5

I’m so happy! Thanks to jmon117 (bottom of page 2 of this forum) for suggesting that app!

Oh, and congratulations to all of you getting awesome scores! Be proud of yourselves!
If you didn’t get the scores you’d hoped for, then don’t fret - in any case, nothing you can do now right? So relax and have a nice cup of tea, and enjoy life anyway!

Also, I’m surprised at the number of people that took the World History test - is that class (AP World History) large at your schools, like AP U.S. History is at mine? My school doesn’t offer AP World, nor does any school in my district I think, so it’s just surprising to me. But congratulations to all of you who defied the odds and got a 5! Likewise to anyone that took the Bio AP test, Environmental Science test (8.7% got 5 last year), and/or English Lit/Comp test (8.3%)!

Does anybody know the percentages for AP Psychology and AP European History? Also, has anyone self studied or think it is possible to self study for AP World History and AP Human Geography?

score distributions are posted here: [2013 AP Exam Score Distributions](<a href=“2013 AP Exam Score Distributions”>2013 AP Exam Score Distributions)

@abcd24 I self-studied Human Geo this year and got a 5. I happen to be really into demography and political geography, so that helped. I read both Barrons and Princeton Review. AP World, I’m not too sure about. I know a lot of people who took the AP World test (after taking the class, not just self-studying) and said it was really hard…so i’d only self-study that if you’re really into world History…

Well I got my first and (only) 4 in Spanish Language. But I still get credit though so its all good.

5 in Bio and US!

D’s scores

2013: Calc AB (5), US Gov (5), Stats (5)
2012: Bio (5), US History (5), English Language (5)
2011: World History (4)

Her tactic was to buy a couple of the guides (PR, Kaplan) at beginning of school year and work through them as course progressed, making notes in book, tabbing pages. This meant any last minute studying was really review.

@gondalineNJ, did your daughter graduate this year?

Yes. Off to her college of choice.
