Hey everyone! I’m not sure if this is the place to post, but I’m posting everywhere to get the word out. I’m a Junior entering UP this fall, I have an apartment at Eastview Terrace and I’m looking to transfer my lease to another student who’s potentially on the waitlist or looking for a place for the Fall. I signed the lease last November to secure housing but now have different plans/ability to pay. You will get a large private one bedroom with a private bathroom attached! Have you reached out to Housing? I know they have over-enrolled for fall for incoming freshman, so they might be willing to let you out of your contract -
