Easy Classes at UF

Interpersonal Communications

IS GEA1000 easy? Does it depend on the professor?

I’m taking GEA1000 now. It has to be one of the easiest International credits you could possibly take.

depending on your major taking easy classes may cost you valuable time in terms of graduation date.

I need a class that requires only 2,000 words and is preferably online. Suggestions?

I deduce that jdjaguar was either rejected from UF or is not as smart as he/she (I’m guessing he) thinks he is. First of all, UF is NOT a college- it’s a university made up of several colleges. Everyone knows (or should know) that a degree is typically 120 credits or more, and also that not all of those credits would be taken up by a minor or second major. There are classes that are taken just for interest- like Ancient History in Film or classes geared toward nonmajors at a particular college. I know college may have the reputation of being serious all the time and may be seen as serving one function, but it is really meant for learning and exploring your own interests while developing a passion for things you love. It’s not just for picking a career.

…As for classes being curved to a B+? Are you serious? seiclan obviously doesn’t know what he’s talking about. For a school with 50,000+ students attending and several colleges that generality is simply ignorant. Take it from someone who actually goes there, some classes may have a curve depending on how difficult they are- and it will vary, but most classes are not. This isn’t because of my bias as a student, but because it’s true. UF is a very difficult school to get into with good reason. …However, there are some political arrangements like distance and web-based learning to increase funding in order to maintain the school’s low tuition fees. So perhaps that’s what those other two posters were talking about. I don’t know much about those programs, but as a full time undergraduate student I can say with certainty that their comments were untrue regarding the general student population.

Whoa! I never said anything about any curves or any B+! Please get your posts authors correct! Additionally, my last contribution to this thread is from TWO years ago!
