I'm trying to decide between Princeton and some other schools (especially Harvard--anyone know about Harvard food vs. Princeton food)? How is food at the eating clubs (also, how is food at the residential colleges)? Specifically, how is food at the eating clubs for vegetarians? I eat eggs, dairy, etc. (but not seafood). Are there any clubs that are particularly bad/good for vegetarians?

This might actually be a tipping point against Princeton, as much as I love it, if there really isn't any good veg food. I know there are other options like the vegetarian co-op, but the eating clubs are so connected to the larger social scene that that isn't the best of options...

Tower has a large vegetarian contingent, and has supposedly the best vegetarian food. The Princeton Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) puts out a review of the clubs for vegetarians

I’ve had no problem being a vegetarian in both the residential colleges and all the eating clubs I’ve eaten at (Cap, Tower, Colonial, Charter). The food at the eating clubs is very, very good. Residential college food is very good too, especially if you’re at Whitman or Forbes and even CJL. It does get a little repetitive after awhile but I’m pretty sure that happens everywhere.
