EC resume format?

Today I learned my daughter has never seen a resume! I've been encouraging her to put one together with her ECs if for no other reason than to have it as a guide for the Common App stuff, but she now admits she's got no idea what it is supposed to look like.

Any suggestions, other threads, websites? Thanks!

Two thoughts-- I believe Naviance will format a resume for you if you input your data. But there are resume templates online (google resume examples, or templates)-- she can just put in name, etc., but the format will stay the same.

I was in this position a week ago! A very kind person helped with some of the complexities–but in most cases I think you can use a template and it will be perfectly fine.

If you are not sure about how to write it yourself you can try this
[free resume creator](http://resumizer.com) or this [free resume creator](http://www.thepcmanwebsite.com/free_resume_creator.shtml).
They each work well and will give you help as you create it.
And you won’t be asked to pay anything to get it when you are done!
