<p>I was browsing through my Duke Application, filling in stuff in along the way and I came up to the EC section. Before I started filling information in I read that it said to list "any hobbies, activties, or special interests to which I have devoted my free time to." It seems to give an overwhelming amount of freedom to what I can put there. Im just wondering if Im seeing it freely, like I can put I play Golf like 25 hours a week, but Im not on a team or anything, although have played some tournaments but nothing spectacular. </p>

<p>I know ECs and whatnot are supposed to give admissions a feel of who you are, and sports is part of me, but I dont want to put something down that I shouldnt be placing on the application.</p>

<p>I think that'd be fine. Personally, I think 25 hours of golf a week shows a lot more dedication than going to a club meeting after school once a week.</p>
