Have anyone taken this course? Is it possible for me to take it if I have no knowledge about Economics? (I learned calculus though.)

Any comments about Fadlon? I go to ratemyprofessors but do not receive any information about him. He is an Israeli and a U.S. permanent resident.

The course requires no prior knowledge of statistics or economics. It is a basic introductory statistics course with little if any calculus required. There is some emphasis on simple economic applications of the statistical methods, but not very many.

A representative syllabus is located here: http://people.vanderbilt.edu/~matthew.s.jaremski/files/Syllabus-Econ_150.pdf

Likely, there will be some sort of semester project in the course (multiple regression analysis), a representative project is here: http://people.vanderbilt.edu/~matthew.s.jaremski/files/Project-Econ_150.pdf

Hope this helps, you can message me if you have any more specific questions. I took ECON 150 Fall '09 with Scott Davis.
