Econ Minor V Certificate in Decision Sciences

Ok well I am current a junior in college, a little behind because of my unwillingness to choose a major right away (took extra classes). Anyway I am a Business Administration Major with a concentration in management at San Jose State University, and I can graduate in two semesters or I can graduate in 3 semesters while getting either a minor in economics or completing a certificate program in decision sciences.
I have two questions
1. Is it even worth it considering my major and concentration to pursue a minor in economics or certificate program in decision sciences?
2. If it is worth the extra semester of school, which one will best suit my major and give me the best edge over competition? (bearing in mind that I am not 100% certain what I even want to do after college...)

I don't think it's worth it. Is there a specific career of interest that requires a minor/certificate in either? If not, go ahead and graduate.
