What A.S. , Minors, and certificates go great with B.S. Economics?

I am a rising senior at Penn State
I a lot of time this summer and in the fall in spring to add an A.S. minor or certificate to my degree.

As of now, this is the list I have made:

  • B.S. Economics
  • A.S. Business Administration
  • Minor, Business & Liberal the Arts
  • Minor, Data Visualization
  • Financial Accounting, Certificate
  • Intermediate Business, Certificate
  1. What should I keep or take out? what is good and what is a waste of time?
  2. What are some suggestions that would go great, that would market me more diversly and separate me from competition with a B.S. in Economics?

Please try and be specific, please also try and advice only A.S., Minors, Certificates and not classes.

Anything data related, math/stats, or programming. Accounting certificate if you can’t do one of the prior three. If you want to get a Master’s or PhD in Econ then you will definitely need more math.

FWIW I was an Econ major a long time ago.

@zohmen I would think:

  1. Advisor
  2. professors

would be a better source of information for you than a random posting board.

What do you want to do with Econ? Get a masters and work for the Fed Reserve? Law School and focus on Business Law? Depending on that answer determines what makes sense for you.

Keep data viz for sure.
