Economic Illinois at Urbana-Champaign VS UWM VS UCSB VS UCI

I am now admited to this three schools, on the walilist of UCSD, and I major in Economic. Which school should I choose? And which of them can get me better chance to transfer to a more prestigious school like UCLA or Duke?
