Economics Credit

Hey Guys,

I recently graduated high school and received credits for economics that will allow me to bypass the principles of economics class. My question is how similar is the principles of economics class to that of IB Eco HL and will it be a stretch for me to dive straight into Intermediate Macroeconomics? Conceptually I really love Macroeconomics but have had a bit of trouble with calculations only since we really did not centrally focus on calculations and so was wondering if that would pose a supreme challenge to me? Does principles of economics incorporate a lot of mathematics in it or is it really theoretical?
Essentially we tirelessly solved mathematical problems relating to micro but unfortunately I do not meet the prereqs and honestly prefer tackling macro first and so I was just hoping to solicit some much needed advice on my impending decision.
Thanks

Anyone Please!!!

if your program was as rigorous as you suggest, principles will bore you to tears. go straight to macro.
