Economics in ND?

I am a transfer now in ND.
As the business school doesn't admit transfer student, I am now major in Economics.
However, I really love Finance. And really wanna get a bank-related job.

so i am wondering how is ND's Economics?
Do I have to transfer to other business school like Stern, or Columbia College of University of Columbia(it offers a financial economics major for undergraduate.)

thanx.

Not bad-improving

Interesting, Wisconsin’s Economics program and to a smaller extent UCLA’s have fallen precipitously relatively speaking while UC San Diego and Duke have been able to improve their departments tremendously over the last couple of decades.

As the author has pointed out however, wild swings in rankings of Economics doctoral programs are more commonly found at the bottom of the food chain than at the top.
