As of right now, im a freshman scond semester majoring in aerospace engineering.
I plan on joining ROTC in hopes of being commissioned as an active duty officer.
I’ve been thinking about switching majors to economics for a couple of reasons: (1) To get my commission in the military in the branch i want i have to get a good GPA and i think ill get a better gpa in economics than in engineering, (2) after the military i want to join the foreign service in the state department.
I wanrt to know if it would be wise for me to chamge majors, in that if i do economics and dont get into the foreign service how marketable would i be?
