Economics Undergrad looking to work in Engineering

I love my major. Do not get me wrong, but in the last few years (I am currently a Junior) I discovered that my true passion is the future markets of space and space exploration. My degree in economics reflects my passion for studying markets and potential resources of space, but I now understand that in order to really work in the Aerospace business world is to have a degree in Engineering. I do not have the time or resources to add another degree and graduate with Engineering. But I really want to work in this field.

What sort of options do I have to show to employers that I have knowledge in Engineering? OR What sort of academic maneuvers could I possibly do to get an Engineering certification? (Such as Masters programs, individual research, or particular courses to take)

Note: I am an Economics Major with minors in Political Science and Computer Science.
