I want to get a masters in Economics / Finance, but am also considering getting an MBA in like Business Economics.
I know for like a PhD in Economics you are going to need to have taken Multi Variable Calc and Linear Algebra.

My question is, if im only getting a masters in Finance or even Economics, would I still have to go this high in math? (multi vari and linear algebra)
Also, how high of math do you need for an MBA in a major such as Business Economics? (id imagine a regular business administration would only require up to both single vari calcs)

I have currently just completed both single variable calcs. I'm not the best at math would rather avoid it, but am willing to do it, if that makes any sense at all.

thanks,
