ECs, HELP!

Note: Aiming for schools like Northwestern and Cornell (ED)
Okay I am okay with my academic rigor, class rank, sat, awards, honors. etc

BUT, I am hopelessly confused with the other aspects of college admission.

I am in 3 clubs, and I only Have one leadership role (VP of 1 club)
I am pretty serious about the clubs above because I have been in them all four years of Highschool.

I love to volunteer in this nursing home (will have 700~800 hours before ED), probably get some leadership roles out of that like planning activities and managing events etc.

What else though that is all!!! I am doomed! It is the beginning of Junior Year, I know that colleges dont want to see 50 clubs but I am so confused on what I can do.. What are some examples of good ECs I can do or some advice.

If you’re very dedicated in all three clubs, that’s great. Maybe you could do some more community service?

Since you love doing this, become more deeply involved by coming up with ideas about activities and events and offering to organize them. Don’t wait to be given things to do. Take the initiative.

^ Whole heartedly agreed. Its a similar advice I received at the beginning of Senior Year, and my ECs have more depth to it now :).
