ECs that matter most on a resume

GPA and work experience definitely seem to be the two most important things to have on a resume for a full time position. But what about secondary accomplishments like extracurriculars? These are some of the options I may have available next semester, and i'm trying to decide which of these I should pursue in order to add the most to my resume.
How would you rank these in order of importance to employers for an engineering major?

Member of a design team (race car, robotics, human powered vehicle, etc)
Participated in undergraduate research
Teaching assistant for an engineering class
President of a campus organization (Engineering society or Honor society)
Having taken upper level advanced classes in possible areas of interest to employers

You could just add teaching assistant to your list of jobs. You might also list the undergraduate research as a job as a research assistant if that is formalized and a paid job.

You can just list the upper-level courses in your education section or in the description for areas of interest.

Whatever extracurriculars are most related to the job you are applying for are the ones that you should list. Remember that you will need to tweak your resume to fit each job that you apply for.

Beyond school ranking, grades, and work experience, employers look for soft skills such as leadership, public speaking, and teamwork. Being president of a campus organization could be very good for demonstrating those skills, but some honor societies do nothing besides induct new members. I tend to think that being a member of a design team could be best.
