<p>I applied RD back in October but have decided to ED II. I applied electronically. Do I submit the ED agreement on paper and mail it? Or is their a way to do it online?</p>

<p>Yes but I have already submitted my RD application, therefore I cannot edit my current application. I am assuming submitting a paper ED agreement is the only option…?</p>
