Eagle91, I’m from Connecticut.
And thanks, ConcernedDad.
I’m nervous but excited at the same time!

Last year the “day” was Wednesday, December 16, at 7:17PM.

has anyone contacted admissions to ask?
I’m crazy nervous.

hey girls! best of luck!!!
i will apply to ed2, not yet sumitted.
BTW, eagle91, i’m from china! one of my cusin is in munich now, doing some medical projects…… i’m not sure. he sent me some pics last week, and i think germany is really really really gorgeous!!!

haha @ shelly, thanks! but personally, i think that germany is a little boring… we have some nice spots, especially in my area, but all in all germany is not so diverse or interesting.

@ peacemonkey i sent an email to my interviewer yesterday, but she didn’t answer yet, right now i’m a bit to nervous to call them, i guess at the point when they pick up the phone and say “mount holyoke office of admissions” i would fall off my chair unconcious or something…

i cross my fingers for all of you! (or press my thumbs, like the germans do…^^)

hi,everyone!Who knows the exact date that applicants will get ED notification of MHC? Someone said 18-23 Dec.?I have no idea…help me out!please! I didn’t get any information from HMC until now.

I called admissions. They said we would know before the 1st… and we will get it online and in the mail. Does everyone find out at the same time?

Some or all of the Early Decision I decision notifications went out this evening (Friday, December 17).

Well, it is Friday, December 18th I woke up to an email saying my ED notification decision was available online.
I went and checked it and I’m in!!!

So I imagine a lot of the other decision notifications are out as well.
Good luck to everybody!!

congrats!
i’m not in… i got deferred to regular decision, whatever that means…^^ i thought they wouldn’t do that. i mean, if they don’t want me, they could just say so! but i guess i’ll just hope for the best in april, it’s gonna take them more that this to bring my MOHO spirit down :D

Eagle19, MHC only defers applicants if they have a good chance of getting in. It just means they want to look at the applicants in the EDII and RD pool. Best of luck!

Snowand38Below, I was also accepted!!

You should start a Facebook page for class of 2015ees. They did it last year. Don’t forget to check back here every so often to give advice to the ED2s and RDs.

By the way, non-US applicants who also want financial aid have trouble getting into all US colleges (less so Universities). Acceptances my not happen until the RD date. But MHC DOES have the highest percentage of non-USers of ANY US college or university.

@ gabadaba
thank you!!! i hope you’re right… maybe they just hadn’t anyone else from germany they could compare me to or something like that^^
i admitt it feels like a punch in the face, but giving up is not an option, so i hope to see you all next summer! :D

why I didn’t get any information? I am in china…where do those who are accepted come from?

Lemonade1209, I’m also an international student from Korea. I got my decision on 17th via ISIS. If you already got an email saying that your decision is on ISIS, you should be able to see it on ISIS. If not, I would send an email to the admission office! :)

ginalee, did you get in?

Yes, I did! Did you?

congrats, everybody got accepted! could you tell me your background? i mean the sat score, toefl, or gpa, something like that. i konw the score is just one criterion, but i still wanna know my place since im applying ed2 to mhc. thank you!

Are you an international student? You mentioned TOEFL score…so I figured Anyway, I have 2110 SAT, 103 TOEFL, and straight As from my sophomore year. (Some honors and college classes…) Hope you get in!
