2 year of baseball for JV/Varsity, (10 total in life). Internship at the Swartz Center for Computational Neuroscience in UCSD’s Supercomputer Center, working on a neurological study of the Aha! moment. Volunteering at the local library tutoring elementary school student’s whose parents don’t speak English. Spent last summer as a volunteer English teacher at a rural elementary school in Taiwan, working with underprivileged and economically disadvantaged children.</p>
