also, i highly doubt that the ED acceptance rate is in the 40’s. when i visited, i asked that same question and was told that is was 30-33%. that seems more accurate unfortunately for us
@hellokitty679 Yes…unfortunately I agree…more realistically it would be around 30ish percent. WashU wants to keep their admissions rate average as low as possible to keep US News ranking them high. If they accept too many ED that effects it… 
Also, looking at the 2016 ED thread just gave me soooo much hope. People with low GPA’s like me got in, and so I really hope this is a telling sign. I hate how temperamental I get with college apps. One day I’m hoping for the best and feel like I have a shot and other days I am bummed out and depressed about my chances.

lol @ForwardAlways i thought so! i feel like every one of us feels like that and it is a horrible feeling that basically characterizes all seniors. haha it’s too hard to put into words but u get what i mean 
@hellokitty679 I think the worst part about these decisions are timing. I have finals next week and every teacher is trying to cram in so many things before then. Add the stress and anxiety from ED waiting and you have students that are about to emotionally, physically, and mentally breakdown LOL.

Same angst, same feeling that my SAT scores were a couple hundred points lower than they should’ve been (trust me, they were), and same fear of being rejected by the school of my dreams. So I understand the stress of reloading your Pathway every 15 minutes for about a week. Anyway, if you guys have any last minute questions about Wash U or the application, let me know. @hellokitty679 if you read the common data set for the previous years, last year was 42%, but all the previous years before that were in the 30s percentage wise. The numbers don’t lie
