ED Cog/Comp Sci chance?

Applying to the Dual Degree program in Cognitive and Computer Science ED with a lowish GPA, not many extracurriculars, and very little community service. But I go to an Orthodox Jewish High School with a dual curriculum, so days start at 7:30 am and end at 6:00 pm. My secondary school of choice is SEAS.

Thanks for any feedback. I'm also wondering about benefits of applying to the dual degree program vs. the engineering school, as the chances of getting into it seem extremely slim. but my passion really lies in all of the subjects covered in that program (I love philosophy, psychology, math, comp sci, and i think neurology sounds extremely cool). As of now, I'm assuming my chances are very low, so I'm not getting my hopes up. But I'm interested in hearing anything anyone hear has to say about it
