ED Columbia (and other schools) - Chance a Rising Senior please

So I'm a rising senior and I need to pick my early decision schools. The ones I'm deciding between are Columbia, Cornell, UPenn, and Williams.
Early Action Schools I'm Considering: MIT (lmao I'm not getting in there, but can't hurt to apply), Georgia Tech, and University of Chicago
I'll probably just have Rutgers as my safety school.
I would appreciate if those were chanced as well, but I'm mainly concerned about Columbia.

I want to major in either Bioengineering/Neuroscience or Computer Science

I Identify as Asian American and I am male.
Currently attending a Public High School in New Jersey

Junior Year PSAT Score (The one that is eligible for the scholarship): In the low 220s (I forgot my actual score, but I know that's what the range was)
SAT: 2380 (800 Math, 800 Writing, 780 Reading) (In my freshman year, I know some schools will take that into account)
SAT Bio E: 800
SAT Math 2: 800
SAT Chem: 790
SAT US History: 760

AP Scores
World History: 5
Calc BC: (Anticipating 4-5)
Language and Composition: (Anticipating 5)
Biology: 5

I will list my courses and my final averages in them (without including irrelevant ones such as gym, etc.) :

Current Weighted GPA: ~4.4
Ranking: Unknown right now, but probably top 5% as I was officially ranked 1st in my class during Freshman and Sophomore Years.

Freshman Year:
Computer Programming: 100
English 9 Honors: 94
Geometry Honors: 100
Honors Biology: 100
Spanish 2: 99
US History 1 Honors: 99

In Between Freshman and Sophomore Year I took an Algebra 2 Course for Credit at a local community college and I passed with a 99 Final Average

Sophomore Year:
AP US History 2: 95
Creative Writing (State Required Course): 98
English 10 Honors: 91
Honors Chemistry: 96
Personal Finance (State Required Course): 98
Pre-Calculus Honors: 99
Science Research Honors: 96
Spanish 3 Honors: 92

In Between Sophomore and Junior Year I attended an undergraduate course for biology at Harvard through a selective program and I passed and received 8 credits. (Meaning I don't have to take introductory biology if I attend a college that will accept the credits)

Junior Year:
AP Biology: 96
AP Calculus BC: 86
AP English Language and Composition: 89
AP World History: 91
Science Research Honors: 96
Spanish 4 Honors: 81

Senior Year (My Schedule if nothing changes until September):
AP English Literature
Honors Physics (Would have done AP Chemistry but my schedule didn't allow for it and some colleges have physics as a prerequisite)
AP Government and Politics
Science Research Honors
Animation (A rather new course and I'm only taking it because my school requires a visual arts elective to graduate)
Computer Programming C++ Honors (Potentially an AP Course, teacher has said that it may be one if enough students are interested in it)
Calculus 3 after school at a local university (I need four years of math to graduate, but since I took an extra course between Freshman and Sophomore Years, I took all the math courses my school offered and needed to take an extra one outside of school)

Extracurriculars:
Three Years of Math League and I will be captain next year
Two Years of JV Debate and half a year of varsity debate (could only do half because of time constraints and overlaps with math league)
Vice President of Science League this year, will be President Next Year
Currently have an internship at Columbia University in the Physiology Department, where I conduct my own research with minimal interference from the professor I am working with. (So I decide my own courses of action and my professor just advises me on what to do. I drop by my lab everyday for a few hours and do my own research. I will probably try to get a recommendation from this professor as I think it will significantly boost my chances of acceptance if I have a letter from a professor that works at the college I'm applying to...)
Two Years of being a writer for the school newspaper
I volunteered at a program for children with disabilities such as autism and down syndrome. (108 hours)
I volunteered at an after school program at a local elementary school. (51 hours)

Distinctions/Awards:
Highest AMC 12A Score in our school (I got a special pin for that, although I had no idea that award existed)
Freshman+Junior Years I was invited to a special county math league meet that only the top 10 students from each school are eligible to apply for. For perspective, there were over 30 students in math league each year)
Junior Year: I got a First Place Trophy for having the highest cumulative math league scores over 10(?) meets in my county. It was a very nice trophy, translucent with a hint of turquoise. :)
Sophomore Year - 3/4 place in my county in the state consumer bowl
Junior Year - County Champion in the state consumer bowl and 4th place in regionals

I think those are all my qualifications (I'll edit to add more in if there are some I forgot)

Thanks for reading

Always better to bump a thread than start a new one, especially when the old one was post 2 hours ago.

Ah, I made some edits to the main post, but it wouldn’t let me save them? (said permission denied) so I made a new post. Sorry if it caused any inconvenience.

Do you even really have to post this? You have as good a shot at those schools as anyone. But they’re EXTREMELY selective. No one here knows where you’ll get in; these schools have sub 10% acceptance rates…
You may also want to think about why you’re applying to all of those schools. They don’t seem to really fall into the same category. I could be wrong, but just saying what I notice.

Good luck

GT: In
Cornell: Solid chances

All other are reach to high reach: Nothing impressive and you are an Asian male

cornell: high match/low reach
gt: match
unpredictable for the rest

how did you get an internship at Columbia?

and:
Columbia: reach
Cornell/Chicago/Upenn: low-mid reach
GT: match

I got my internship because I was independently studying neurons and decided to email questions to a professor who wrote an article I read. He invited me to work at his lab because he decided I had potential and he liked my enthusiasm.

All the Ivies are a high reach. They are for everyone. Also, the slight downward trend in GPA may affect you. It probably is still a 4.0, but don’t let it happen next year.

lol with my school’s grading scale you would have 5 Bs and a C on your transcript. but that aside, I think your chances are great at U Chicago, they tend to take most of the 2350+ kids right off the bat. i would apply to uchicago and MIT early action, because you don’t want to be binded to one of those ED schools, unless you are absolutely sure its your first choice. your ECs are great, and paired with your test scores, I’d say Columbia is a low reach. Be sure to write great essays though. Best of Luck!

If you were a student at my home high school, you would have 13 A’s, 5 B’s, and 2 C’s, which would make a horrible GPA for the colleges you’re applyi
