Hi I am a junior in high school. What are my chances into these universities. I plan on majoring in computer engineering or computer science.
Stats: uw gpa 3.94 (93ish)
W gpa 4.36(102ish)
Sat 2290
APs
Ap bio 4. Chem 4. Cslc ab 5. Calc bc 5 Spanish 4. Lal 4 us history 5. Macroeconomics 5 ap physics C 4

My course load is intensive and I am in the top 5 % of my grade

Ecs: guitar for 8 years, Brown belt in karate, varsity soccer high school, member of environmental action club, member of deca & fbla & nhs & Spanish nhs & tech club & red cross club & mathletes & elite board of science nhs & science league & academic team

Volunteer at hospital for 200 hours

Other volunteer work at 100 hours. Also helped organize Relay For Life for children with cancer

I also participate in reasearch opportunities I’m Rutgers

I also plan on publishing an app into the apple App Store soon this year. I might possibly publish a paper on perpetual motion but idk yet.

Have ap awards and couple guitar recitals

You have good ECs and grades in vigorous classes. Columbia’s really hard to get into and can never be considered a guaranteed admit, so I’d still apply to 3-5 extra schools with a safety in there, but if you ED and write good essays you would probably get in (though I’m not sure how high Columbia’s ED rate is so I’m not sure to what degree it helps). Having no real weaknesses is definitely a huge asset: just try to find something unique about yourself to write about in your essays so you application isn’t forgettable and your strengths shine through.
