Is applying under Early Decision I or Early Decision II more helpful to getting someone into Emory University?

And also, how much of an increase in percentage does the acceptance rate increase when one applies Early Decision in comparison to Regular Decision?

Thanks in advance.

its really not a huge difference, i think its like its 27% are accepted RD, then 29% for EDII (which I got in as), and 30-32% for EDI. I cant give you a link but i remember reading it in a book somewhere in Boarders Bookstore. Hope it helps

thanks for the input!

I don’t think those numbers are correct. While EDII is not a big plus, EDI is much higher, particularly at a school like Emory (which wants to lock in as many strong kids as it can).

Duke admits that the ED plus for unhooked candidates is at least 10%, so I gotta believe that Emory is similar.
