<p>Has anybody still not received an email from penn stating that the decisions would be released on the 12th.</p>
<p>Although I am in India shouldn't I received it by now? or should I dig a hole, sit in it and cry myself to sleep expecting the worst?</p>

<p>I wonder if your e-mail provider flagged it as spam since the e-mail was being sent to so many people. Why don't you check your junk mail folder...see if it was filed there?</p>

<p>I have a friend, also from NJ, who submitted on paper, and didn't.</p>
<p>So it's probably something like that.</p>
