I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I've started freaking out about admission decisions. Even though I know W&M will post on their site when decisions go out and how, I am still anxiously awaiting the mailman daily at this point. W&M is my top-choice reach school, and I'm out-of-state, but I feel like I'm so close to reaching it, I can taste it!

This may sound like a silly question, but do ED acceptance letters come in the stereotypical big envelopes? I have a vision of crying hysterically over a business sized envelope from W&M sitting in my mailbox, only to find out it is an acceptance letter.

I know. I’m so so so nervous too. In the past, acceptances are in big envelopes, if that helps.

Hey svcarney, I know how you feel. I can’t focus on anything else! Anyways, best of luk to everyone, we have all worked hard.
2 days…

Sorry for the delay in responding. We were closed for Thanksgiving break.

No decisions have been sent as of yet. We anticipate sending them in the next few days. Check [William & Mary - Apply](Undergraduate Admission | William & Mary) each day. When decisions are released details on their format and everything you need to know will be posted in the upper right-hand corner of the site. Acceptance letters are always in big envelopes.

Alright. It’s December 1st…and emails go out TONIGHT. I can official say…I’MFREAKINGOUT. There’s no time for spaces…every time my phone buzzes I get a rush of adrenaline.

I know I’m not the only one. What time will the highly anticipated and yet completely dreaded email come?!?!

Hi, svcarney. I got my email at 6:33 pm. So, if you haven’t gotten yours by now, I guess they’re sending them out in groups–maybe alphabetically, or something. Anyway, good luck getting in. :)

We did in fact send them out a certain number at a time so they were received throughout yesterday evening. If you didn’t receive your notification, please let us know.
