ED to Duke/Stanford--Chance Me

Here's my breakdown:

White male from New York City
SAT:
750 M
750 V
770 W

SAT II's:
Bio: 740
Math IIC: not available (took 10/08 test, but I can assume it's at least high 600's)

AP's:
Bio:5
AP Chem: 4
APUSH: 3

Curriculum: most difficult available. Currently take AP's in physics, english, poly sci, and Calc BC. I Also take college Italian. For all four years have taken most difficult possible curriculum school has to offer.

GPA:
101.13/100 weighted; 96/100 unweighted (my school doesn't use a four-point scale)
Rank: 13/875 (Top 1.5%)

Extracirricular activites:
Mock Trial: Captain of my school's mock trial team, which placed 1st in New York city and 2nd in New York State last year. Also finished 2nd and 7th in NYC in '06 and '07, respectively. Coordinated the 2007 and 2008 Empire City Invitational, an international invitational tournament hosted by my school containing 16 teams from America, Australia, Ireland, and South Korea. Won outstanding attorney award at '07 Empire for and was named team MVP. I spend approximately 23 hrs/wk for 40 wks/yr, so it leaves little time for other EC's.

Golf: three year member of school's golf team; finished 1st-2nd-1st in NYC PSAL last 3 years.

Job Experience: I work 2 jobs for a total of about 20 hrs/wk during the school year and more during the summer.

-I'm hoping the quality of my EC's and work experience will make up for what may be perceived as a lack of quantity.

Miscellaneous: I won 2nd place in the Theodore Roosevelt speech contest, which is apparently the oldest scholastic competition in NYC. Won a science award from University of Rochester. Member: national honor society and national society of high school scholars (still not sure if this is a legitimate organization).

Assume solid teacher recs, a glowing secondary school report (my guidance counselor loves me...), and very good, unique essay. Just looking for REALISTIC chances to either Stanford or Duke ED. Be as honest as possible. Thank you so much for helping me!

I think you can get in, honeybunches

Duke: definitely, in my opinion.
Stanford: can never tell with them, by far the most random college, tough call, though you would definitely be competitive.

they have ED for stanford?

There is no ED for stanford. Stanford is SCEA.
For Duke, I say match. For stanford, it's more iffy. Probably not feasible because of your SAT II's. You don't have 3 and your Math II is even over 700. 800 is 85 percentile btw.
But nice SAT I.

Your GPA and your AP scores don't match up, which would make Stanford think your grades are inflated.
