EE@Purdue vs. UCDavis vs. U Florida, ask for advice

Hello everyone,

This is really a good community. Everyone seems really nice and has a lot of information. As I am an international student, I wish to get some advice from you. Thanks!
I get offers from U of California at Davis, Purdue U and U of Florida in the PhD program, all in the Dept. of Electrical Engineering.
The research in UCDavis is optical communication;
The one in Purdue is Electromagnetics in VLSI & VLSI CAD,
And the one in UFL is RFIC.
Someone said California is really a good place to find a good job. Some said Purdue is famous in Electrical Engineering. And some said RFIC in UFL is also a good research area to find a job. So I'm confused which offer I should accept. It really makes me headache. About reputation of univ., location, their research area, the prospect to work after graduating, and other factors to choose a offer, I appreciate it very much if you can give me some advice. THANKS!!

I am not familiar with Florida but Purdue has a better regarded graduate program than Davis. I think both Davis and Purdue would be better than Florida though.
