EECS and the best universities that offer it?

Hello,

I am very interested in EECS major but I have trouble finding a list of the best universities that offer it and their ranking. Could any one please list the top 20 universities (offers or doesn’t offer doctorate) that offers this major?

The ones I know of are MIT and UC Berkeley. I think Stanford may have one but I’m not positive. Both MIT and UC Berkeley are comparable.

Why specifically EECS? Why not plain, old EE, CS, or Computer Engineering?

All the EECS graduates I know from Berkeley do the same thing as CS graduates from other schools.
