So my EFC is 5900, yes, I know it won't qualify me for a Pellets Grant, just the Stafford Loan.
What I'm wondering is what sort of financial aid based package could I receive? I'm receiving $16000 a year merit based, leaving $30000 or so left per year.
also, I'm a twin. If i call the financial aid office, would the help me more?

Your EFC should already taken in to account that your family will have two students attending colleges.
Yes it might help.

You need to call the financial aid office, and ask. Unless this college/university offers need-based aid in addition to the merit-based aid, it is unaffordable for you. Even with a full freshman year Stafford Loan of $5,500 and with your family paying the full EFC of $5,900, you will still be almost $20,000 short.

Do you have any place on your list that you know you can pay for?

Is this for Baylor?

Did you have your parents run the NPC on the website? That will give them a better feel for what other aid might come forward.

Being a twin won’t matter since the number in college has already been figured.

Baylor does NOT meet need, so unless your parents are willing to pay more than their EFC, the school may not be affordable.

Hopefully, you’ll get into UT.
