So, these are my subject test scores:

Bio M - 750
US History - 740
Math 2 - 740 (FFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUU-----)
Lit- 710 :(
Chem- 690 :((

I can't retake because I still have to take another round of the SAT.

Do you think those scores are pretty okay for top 20 schools? I mean, I'll send only Bio and Math or US History to those that uphold score choice, but what about the ones who want all the scores?

You have some fine scores, they won’t make or break you. In terms of colleges who will see all your scores, well, keep in mind that the SAT IIs just show colleges you are versatile and proficient in different subjects. So yes, your chem isn’t the best. But you have a nice bio score and so on. Too late now, just look ahead. Good luck on your SATs!

Top twenty may be fine, but top 10 is definitely a stretch. Mayeb you can still retake in november if u do well on october’s SAT?
