<p>"Victory Sports Group" and a "large number" of professional football players are sponsoring "millions of dollars worth" of "free" SAT/ACT prep programs to children of military members.</p>
<p>Anytime I see "free" and based on a donation of "milllions of dollars WORTH" ("worth" based on what???), my antenna go up - especially when it is a "gift to the military". I've just seen too many ripoffs of military surrounding "free" before. In any event, it isn't exactly "free" because you have to pay for "shipping and handling" and the web site gives a strong sell of the "deluxe" course for "only" $50. First, this smells to me of a marketing ploy by this "eKnowledge" company and second, a tax dodge by the donors. Does anyoe have any experience with the materials. I can't find any disinterested party reviews of the program (which raises yet another red flag!)</p>
