Electrical Engineering better here or elsewhere

I have tried looking through multiple forums for any input on electrical engineering offered by cal poly slo but I have yet to come across any with sufficient input.

How does cal poly EE fare with other programs, namely UCSB UCSD UCI UCB ? Where would I get the best education to secure a relatively high level job out of graduation? Are there any major differences between these in terms of academics?

I think it is a lot better! Learn by Doing is simply amazing, and the industry sponsorship is unrivaled. The curriculum is great, the school and area is amazing, and the people are great. You wont find that at Beserkeley!
