Electrical Engineering Transfer options from Community College

I am graduating from LaGuardia Community College at the end of this semester (Fall 1). my GPA is 3.71. I am now taking last 19 credits, and probably my GPA will rise. I study electrical engineering, and I am very interested in pursuing Master or PhD diploma in future.

Now, I am thinking about my options for further education. CCNY is a reality. Stony Brooks is a possibility. But, it is all vague to me, which one to pick. Also, I would try to apply to some 'better' colleges, but I don't know if I have any chance to get admitted at all. And eve if so, what would it cost me.

So, I basically ask for an advice. Stony Brooks or City College. Or maybe NYU. Or, is it worth it apply to some top-notch college (MIT?).

My plan, as for now, is to transfer to City College, get a bachelor degree there, and then try to continue education at MIT. How likely is this to happen? And how costly?

Any advice appreciated.

Make an appointment with the Transfer Advisor at your CC, and get some help with this. That is what they are there for.

What about RPI or manhattan college? Expensive but good eng schools that you have the GPA to get into

Yes, but how affordable are they? What kind of finanial aid package is offered?

RPI seems like a great college. I will definitely consider it. Thanks.
